I love to work with buyers, from first-time home buyers to sophisticated investors. Here's how I work: I ask my buyers to get a written pre-approval from their lender of choice. If you have not already spoken with a mortgage lender, I can refer you to some superb local loan officers who would meet your specific needs. If you are paying cash for your property, we will need proof of funds to present with your offer.
Once we know your financing parameters, we can begin the fun part - finding you the right property! Once we have met and spent a little time together, I'll ask you to commit to a buyer-broker agreement with me. This allows me to represent you and to negotiate on your behalf.
I can show and sell you any property on the market, even new construction, foreclosures, and For Sale By Owner properties. Do you love a certain neighborhood but there's nothing available at the moment? I'll contact the owners and ask if any of them are thinking of selling.
I'll go through the entire process with you and help you learn what you need to know to make a good decision. Once your offer is accepted, you'll have certain timeframes in which you must do your inspections and get your questions answered - we'll cover all of this! When it's time for your closing, I attend it with you to make sure you are comfortable with all the paperwork, and when everything is recorded, I'll present you with the keys to your new property!
